Atlantic Coast’s season is 10.5 Months long. Opening 1st March to 3rd January. This allows for guests to spend both Christmas and new years day at our holiday park in Cornwall.

We have a range of facilities for holiday home owners to use at Atlantic Coast. Our modern facilities include a children's playground, a surfer’s shower, a cinema, a laundrette and dog shower.
Yes, friends and family of holiday home owners are welcome to use any of the on-park facilities at Atlantic Coast.
Atlantic Coast has an attentive management team on-site, who regularly perform patrols across the park to ensure the safety and well-being of guests.
Yes, Atlantic Coast does have a limited car park for visitors. Additional visitors will have to park beside guests / homeowner's holiday homes or park off site.

On handover day we will check all the relevant paperwork is complete and sign the licence agreement. We will then do a handover walk through the holiday home where we will show you how everything works.

Just incase you change your mind, holiday homes have a 14 day cooling off period.
No, holiday home owners at Atlantic Coast only own the static caravan itself. All land belongs to Atlantic Coast - part of the Coastdale Parks group.
No, unfortunately we do not accept re-sitings at Atlantic Coast holiday park - this means that you cannot relocate your holiday home from one park to another.
A lodge is larger than a static caravan.
Yes absolutely! You can choose where you'd like to place your holiday home at Atlantic Coast.
Of course, it is important to note that your holiday home location is subjective to availability.
We can arrange for our direct to van connection to be made to your holiday home. The installation charge of the equipment needed is £199.00.
There will then be an annual charge of £168.00 for Wifi. This works out at just £14 a month.
No, you will only need a TV licence if you decide to sublet your holiday home.
Yes, all holidays homes at Atlantic Coast will come fully furnished. Furniture style and functionality depends on particular static caravan model and supplier.
We will require a 20% deposit on any holiday home on park.
If we order a holiday home specifically for you we would require a 35% deposit.
If it is a brand new holiday, it will come with the manufacturers warranty.
If the holiday home is pre owned, it will come with a six month warranty.
The annual pitch fees start from £3500 - £5500. Site fees are reviewed on an annual basis.
Site fees allow you to have your holiday home at Atlantic Coast year round. It also covers general maintenance of communal areas, to ensure the park is always looking its best.

Yes, site fees are subject to annual price increases. This will be reviewed by management each year.
No, you are not required to pay stamp duty when buying a caravan holiday home.

Yes, you are required to have holiday home insurance as part of the licence agreement.
There are lots of companies on the market, we encourage you to shop around to find cover that is suitable for you. We do not arrange insurance, but we are more than happy to suggest trusted holiday home insurance companies.
We require you to have at least £5 million public liability insurance.
Electric is metered. The meter will be read twice a year. You will also be invoiced twice a year.

Yes, we guarantee parking for one vehicle at the holiday home although a lot of pitches have space for 2.
Yes, it is possible to upgrade your holiday home to a newer one.

You can carry out maintenance on your holiday home if you wish, however we recommend that you allow us to handle any smalls jobs as. and when they crop up.
We can take the stress and hassle away from you so that you can enjoy your holiday at Atlantic Coast.
Only tradesman that are approved contractors can do any work on site
In the colder months it is always advisable to turn your stop tap off and open your taps when you are away, then if the temperature does drop the frozen water will have somewhere to go and wont cause as much damage.
When the end of the season is here all holiday homes need to be protected against frost damage. Again we can take any stress or hassle away and do the full drain down for you.
This depends on the type of holiday home you buy. One of our team will be able to talk you through this on a case by case basis.

Yes, your personal guests are allowed to visit your holiday home at Atlantic Coast without you being there.
