One of our favourite dog walks in the local area is ‘Anne’s Wood’.  This woodland walk follows the River Hayle and promises remarkable views over the nearby Nature Estuary Nature Reserve. The viewpoints along this walk are the perfect opportunity for some great photos - so don’t forget your camera! Anne’s Wood is only a short sixteen-minute drive from our holiday park in Hayle, making it the perfect walk for sunny afternoons. 

Cornwall is home to many stunning beaches, however, not all of them permit dogs in the summer months. Nevertheless, one of our favourite beaches is dog friendly all year round! Mexico Towans is an excellent beach to visit with your pooch and is a convenient seven-minute drive from Atlantic Coast Holiday Park. This sandy beach is the ideal place to play a game of fetch across the four-mile bay.  There is a lifeguard on duty at Mexico Town Beach during the summer months, making it the perfect place to splash around in the water with your four-legged friend. After spending the day at Mexico Towans Beach, you can treat yourself to a coffee and a slice of cake at the beach café.
